We have used Pacific Ocean Carpet Care twice, and both times they have done an amazing job. The cleaning crew is thorough, and also mindful with rugs on hardwood floors. The carpets are not left too damp, and dry quickly. The cleaning crew was friendly and pleasant. We will definitely be using them again.
