• Heavily/extremely soiled carpet will require extra work to get to its original state requiring an additional charge typically of $15 – $25 per area
• Sofa special includes reg size sofas not over-sized or sectionals
• We do have a minimum job fee of $195
• max sq ft of rooms are 150 sq ft.
• max sq ft of hallways or bathrooms 35 sq ft
• max amount of stairs is 16 steps including landings
• Area rugs cannot be substituted for a room they are charged separately by themselves.
